I had a really great experience working with this place when I needed them to get information off an old hard drive of mine. They were friendly, welcoming, and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!
I will never recommend this business to anyone and advise anyone looking for good work to look elsewhere. A couple years ago I purchased a computer from them, designed to be able to handle high end gaming software, and it has resulted in a significant loss of money and a poor investment. Since day one there has been issues with the computer doing what it had been designed to do: run video games. CSI, who built the machine, looked at it several times and then jipped me 1GB of Ram the last time it was there. They failed at building a satisfactory computer and then being able to fix their problem. I have since stopped using them to repair any of my computers, their work in the past often being slow and keeping a computer usually up to a week if not longer, a serious lack of communication between workers, and trying to pass off shoddy work as something decent.
