Delicious Chinese food!! Friendly staff. Will definitely be back when we visit Middlebury again.
Yum! They switched management this year (2017) and are totally different now. Very delicious food, vegetable noodles (vegetable mei fun) is my favourite go-to. Don't be fooled by the humble appearance - clean, tidy environment inside, comfortable and relaxing. I return to this place a lot because of the price, quality and attention to customers. Their dishes are so generous with ingredients, more so than any other restaurant (Asian or not) in town.
It seemed like a typical Chinese take out place but with Thai dishes on the menu as well. Nothing special when eating in; a cafeteria-like interior. Friendly and accomodating staff (a lot nicer than the folks at rosies).
Fed our entire water polo team just before closing, and were extremely nice about it. Food was delicious and deals were great.
This place has so much potential. Authentic vibe, small restaurant, good menu. Instead, it's overly Americanized, overly salted, and overly-fried. The sweet and sour chicken was a whole plate of little fried chicken nuggets with a single buried carrot slice, and the Kung Pao chicken, I think, actually contained chicken bits under their thick fried shells. The egg roles come with little packets of flavoring sauce. Can't you at least put that in a bowl to pretend its homemade? The upside? Free green tea.
