Constantly changing rates. If you're 5 days late they lock the unit and start charging high fees. Confusing invoices and billing schedule designed to incur fees.
I would not recommend this storage facility! we had an agreement to pay with a card and when i got a new card they never bother to tell me the payment didn't go through. instead they slapped me with a fine and locked my storage door. A phone call from them would have saved everyone a lot of hassle. poorly managed!!!
