First of all, Ryan initially got back to me within two days of my first email/phone call and one of those days was a Sunday! Then he communicated with me promptly and efficiently as we arranged for my service. He worked around my schedule, arrived on time and did outstanding work, even making a money saving suggestion for another repair! If more companies operated the way Vermont Shade and Blind did, we would be the happiest and most satisfied customers ever! I highly recommend this company!
