I would never recommend this program to anyone, especially if you're excited about learning a new language. If anything you'll be extremely disappointed and stressed. Fortunately I was not required to pay as this program was offered through my school. However for those of you who are new to learning a foreign language then spend some extra time and money on a reliable program like Rosetta Stone, not this garbage. This program deserves 0 stars.

I took French II through Middlebury Interactive my sophomore year in high school. Just finished my course today. Overall, my experience was beyond terrible. As others have mentioned, some of the recordings in the listening and speaking parts are too fast and barely decipherable. Plus the website is very outdated and does not save your progress if you're completing a test and accidentally close tabs. It's even worse when you don't have a full year of French I and then criticized whenever you use vocabulary or grammar that was not introduced. Fortunately my teacher had some idea of my struggles and was willing to help. However since I only had one semester to complete the entire course I was required to do twice the amount of work and her office hours were disagreeable.

It was awful taking it as a high school course, i am genuinely surprised i didn't fail the class. Really there was feed back but only on some assignments, and language live didn't work on my computer. The vocab sucked and was somethings incorrect and after year one everything was in the language making people fail it miserably. If you have a shred of logic or sense in your mind and are reading this review DO NOT USE MIDDLEBURRY.

To be honest I don't like this website. Most of the time on speaking labs the speaker talks to fast. It wouldn't be that bad if they gave you a slow version, and also a version for how it should sound normally. But they don't. They also teach a lot about how the whole language works. This isn't bad but I would like to learn more about how to have a normal conversation with someone. And not to mention the pace in which they make you move at is stupidly fast to the point you see something once and never see it again. I am taking this class for my sophomore and junior year in high school. I hope that your Spanish class will choose something different than this program.

It were berry bad. I feel uncomfortable when I taking this program. It make me physically sick and I went to the hospital. The language is hard to learn it not French it is eubonics and it is succ. This program also made me eat a few childeren out of confusion about the world we live in. This program is not very helpful I cannot still speach Francias.

I wish you could do zero its suchs bigtime. It bores me
